For starting, I focus mainly on 4 body parts i.e. abs, chest, shoulder and legs. My only tool for body workout is pull-ups. It's a good tool, i bought it at a local fitness shop for RM90++. The equipment can also be used to support push ups and sit ups. I've started seriously 1 month ago. and i'll repeat the 4 reps once per day, alternately, for six monts. I'll post pictures post workout to show the result for every workout done.
